Rescue Pets Just Born

Rescue Pets Just Born toys are interactive, plush dogs by MGA from 2007. Only one cat is known to have been planned for the line, but no actual photos of it appear to have sufaced (aside from it appearing on the back of a box).

A newer version of these toys were sold under the "Cute Lil' Pups" brand by Little Tikes (owned by MGA), years later.

Features

They open their eyes when you pet them on the head, they cry when you hold them in one of your hands, can be fed with their bottle, and they will burp and go to sleep after you finish feeding them.

They also come with an adoption certificate to fill in.

MGA's website on the Wayback Machine, an Amazon listing, a description on toydirectory.com, and comparestoreprices.co.uk have these odd images. Most of the toys pictured clearly don't have moving eyes. I don't even know if the dalmatian pictured has mechanical eyes or if they're stuck on.

I wonder if the other plushies here are design mockups.
