Dazzlin' Dimples

Dazzlin' Dimples My Playful Dolphin is an interactive FurReal toy from Hasbro, dated "2021". It requires four AA batteries.

Appearance

The top half of the toy has a darker shade of blue, which contrasts the lighter shade used for the rest of its body. She has blue eyes with a greenish ring inside each eye, and blue eyelids. She also has sea stars and bubbles printed on her tail and from her tail towards both of her eyes, on the left and right sides of the toy. She has a red tongue with, small, white teeth.

Functions

Dimples can blink her eyes, blush with glowing cheeks, wag her tail up and down, rock back and forth, and open and close her mouth.

Place the ball near her right fin, after placing the ball in front of it, and she will roll the ball away. You can press and hold her right fin for music, feed her her fish (push her tongue down when you do it), pet her head, or touch her nose to hear her kiss you. She can also react when you rub her tummy or brush her with her seashell brush. Switch her to night mode, by moving the switch to the moon-shaped icon, and she will shut her eyes; press her right fin during this mode, to hear her play calming ocean sounds.

Prototypes

The numbering is NOT meant to denote the order in which the prototypes were made; I'm using it to distinguish the prototypes from each other.

Prototype #1

There are photos of a prototype version where Dimples has a darker blue shade on her head and back.

Prototype #2

This one was featured in a demo video, and it mostly has a sky blue shade, with white and blue stars. Its eyes have green and blue stripes, and the tip of its rostrum is less rounded. Its teeth are larger, its tongue looks more pink, and its dorsal fin is further from its head, in contrast to the released version of the toy.

Wavy the Narwhal

Wavy the Narwhal is an Amazon exclusive, according to Hasbro, however, other places, such as Entertainment Earth, Toywiz, and Walmart had it listed for sale.

Wavy has the same interactive features as Dimples, but it can't blush; its horn glows, instead. Wavy has a translucent, blue horn, the same eyes as Dimples, and yellow, green, and blue stripes on her body. The top of the toy is mostly purple, while its underside is pink.
