Kiss me! I’ll "kiss" you back!
Pup Pourri Kissing Pups are a series of scented plush toys sold by Hasbro that seem to have been released in either 2004 or 2003. They each require three AAA batteries and retailed for approximately $14.99.
According to Hasbro's website, these dogs were exclusive to Limited Too.
The reason their tags mention "Sega" is because Sega and another company called Horipro own the rights to a franchise called Ochaken (or Tea Dogs), and these plush dogs resemble Tea Dogs. While four of these dogs are based on existing Ochaken characters (Hana, Ryoku, Chai, and Cafe), these four have some differences from the Ochaken characters they appear to be based on, and Hasbro doesn't seem to refer to these dogs by their original names. The berry and lavender versions of the toy don't appear to be based on any existing characters however.
One dog which resembles Ryoku has a citrus scent. Ryoku is a dog that loves green tea, so I would expect it to be tea-scented if Sega released this instead.
These dogs are in a sitting position and they feel soft. Each dog has a large muzzle with a large snout, long droopy ears resembling leaves, and a large pair of eyes.
They come in six colorways, including:
These names were taken from Hasbro's product pages, though the boxes for them omit the names of the colors and only mention the scent. I don't know if these names are actually the names of the dogs themselves or if they only refer to their scents. Also, each dog has a collar, but I didn't describe them.

You're supposed to kiss the dog's nose, and it will move its head up and down and stick its tongue out, trying to kiss you back in response. They also make sounds such as barks.
