Petapeta Pecola

Petapeta Pecola (ペタペタペコラ) is a walking toy by Iwaya, based on a character from a kids show called "Pecola". The year this toy was released in doesn't appear to be confirmed. Two official pages (http://www.iwaya.co.jp/play/sund-nf.htm and http://www.milkycartoon.co.jp/goods_pecola.html) for the toy weren't archived, and the back of the box appears to just mention "1998" for the copyright.
