Bird Machine is a bootleg Chirpy-Chi by Fada Toys.
It's only known to come in the silver and green variation Chirpy-Chi comes in but with a red, translucent circle on the left and right sides of its head, instead of a green one. According to the Fada Toys website, it's a sound activated toy, and according to the box, it plays music and its visor has a light inside. It appears to be capable of movement.
