21st Century Poo-Chis

These Poo-Chis are limited editions which were produced in a rose pink color variation a dark blue color variation. Both Poo-Chis look shiny like the silver ones, and they have '21' painted on their ears.
They were meant to be released toward the end of 2000.
Not much appears to be documented about them, and I don't have HD photos of them or proof that they released.
