Chicka Chicka Conga Blue

Chicka Chicka Conga Blue is an animated toy by Fisher-Price that appears to have been released in 2005. It requires four AA batteries. The toy is based on a dog named Blue from Blue's Room.

Appearance

Blue stands on her back legs, wearing an orange shirt with a coconut tree and the letters "A B C" printed on. Her shirt has yellow sleeves.

Functions

Press her right paw, and she will sing the ABC song while dancing and make animal sounds, but press her left paw and she will sing "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom" while dancing.

When dancing, she raises her head, shakes her body, and moves her arms and tail.

Prototypes

An image of a prototype version of the toy was used in an Amazon U.S. listing. It wears a dark orange shirt with three white buttons. It has coconut trees and "A B C" repeatedly printed on. Blue's right paw doesn't have a blue spot, unlike the released version. Oddly, the image features a red remote with two buttons.

Its fur also seems to be a lighter shade of blue.

An edited image of another prototype was used in an Amazon listing, an advert, and on the Fisher Price website. Her digital pads are much closer to her metacarpal paw pad on her left paw, and she has a smaller spot on her right paw. The spot and her paw pads were edited on.
