MiàoMiào Mickey (妙妙米老鼠) and MiàoMiào Minnie (妙妙米妮) are interactive toys which were sold in China. They appear to have been released in 2008, with the earliest known video footage being published online that year (one of which, was an official demo for Disney's Shanghai website). They were available for 498 yuan each from the official Shanghai Disney website's catalogue. But, according to an infomercial, the original price was 698 yuan, and 498 yuan is a discounted price. The toys were created for the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse franchise, but it's unknown what company created the toys for Disney.
"妙" does mean "wonderful", but I'm not sure what the English translation for "MiàoMiào" would be, which is why I'm referring to that part of the toy's name in pinyin.
The toys are standing, animated plushies that resemble the characters that they're based on. Mickey has two white buttons sewn onto his red trousers and he wears a pair of yellow shoes. Minnie wears a spotted dress with a whtie button sewn on, a pair of shoes with a bow on each, and a polka dot bow on her head. Their eyes are embroidered.
In stock photos that I could find, Minnie is shown wearing a pink outfit, however, infomercials and an official demo show her wearing a red outfit with yellow shoes. It's unclear whether the toy was sold in a pink outfit or a red outfit.
Mickey and Minnie can turn their upper bodies left and right, move their hands up and down, and shake their hips. They also move their mouths while speaking. The toys have a button in their left shoes, and if you press it on Minnie and Mickey, you can get them to interact with each other.
Not much is known about these interactive toys, other than that they can talk and sing with each other via infrared communication, or they can respond to what you say. According to an infomercial, they can improve a child's English skills by teaching them English words, and tell you stories.
