Listed as "15" B / O Robot Laser Gun" on allproducts.com. There's no info about what it does, but it probably has sound effects.

The toy resembles a gold mechanical arm, holding a chrome silver gun that has a small satellite dish. A gray panel with buttons is attached to the arm.
