Unidentified Robot Hamster (?)

A hamster or something else? This was spotted in a Mercari Japan listing, and it has the number 4 on the back of its head (possibly implying more versions exist?). It also requires batteries.

I'm not sure, but the eyes look like they're meant to light-up? The head and legs are poseable.
