Bootleg Spotbot Figures

From what I recall, these were called windups.

Unfortunately, I don't know what the packaging it comes with looks like; these photos are the only things I have concerning them.

Both have googly eyes. One is silver with a bronze mouth area, while the other is green with legs that are mostly orange and partly yellow, and a silver mouth. The colorful one also has a yellow tail, wheels, and a pair of ears.

It looks like the head may be capable of movement?
