Possibly a robot dog used for advertising?

qz-art.com has photos of a robot dog, resembling an ERS-311. The website has it categorised as a prop used for advertising.

The dog has some differences. It’s silver, it has a pair of larger, round, yellow eyes, with brownish pupils, and it has a red antenna on its head. It has a round black nose, and it doesn't have a muzzle area. Its mouth is wide and looks like it's supposed to resemble a rectangular piece of metal. Also, its tail is thinner and looks longer. I can't tell for sure, but the black joints visible on its front two legs look different, and the speaker area on its chest also appears to be lower??

The head is removeable, and the eyes and antenna can glow yellow. I don’t know if it does anything else.
