Unidentified BN-1 Knockoff
A silver, remote-controlled robot cat from an unknown company, with a similar face and pair of ears. It can light up and its tail moves.
More photos of another one can be found here (some info came from here). Unlike this one, that one has a darker shade of blue, for its eyes, ears, and the visor on its forehead. The owner points out that the remote has the word "bark", despite the robot being a cat.
