Animated Hand Animals(?)

The question mark because I can't tell if "animals" is the word on the box that's partially covered up.

Ostensibly, it's meant to move its mouth when you receive a call and the caller is speaking.

It can come in a pink and white rabbit version with a pink bow on its neck. The box shows a brown bear version with a red bow on its neck, but I don't know if this version was released.
