The box mentions "Daspletosaurus" and "Triceratops", and a version for each dinosaur mentioned does exist, except, the Triceratops version doesn't look like a Triceratops. According to dinotoymuseum.com, it resembles a Styracosaurus.
These plaques with singing dinosaur heads were made by a company called How Shan Development.
The move their heads upwards and in a circular motion, and their eyes have green lights that flash. They also open and close their mouth while singing.
They sing "Put Me Back In the Water" and "Under the Water", as unfitting as the lyrics are.
Photos of a prototype of the Daspletosaurus were used for a design patent. The patent's application date is the 13th of March, 2001, while the registration date is the 7th of November, 2001. Qiu Yuanrong is credited as the designer for the Daspletosaurus version.
Not a HD image, but this one's colors are different. One side of its face looks more black, and its head is a different shade of brown.
The box may either be shaped like a cube or a pyramidal frustum.
Also sold by How Shan Development. Powered via USB, it can rotate its eyes and make dinosaur sounds. It looks like it can open and close its mouth, too?
No photos of its packaging appear to have been documented.
