Deep Sea Super Robot
Deep Sea Super Robot (深海超能机器人) is an interactive toy, based on Captain Barnacles from Octonauts. This is an official toy sold by Buddy Fun, and it seems to be a toy that mostly speaks Chinese, not English.
Appearance
The toy resembles an Octo Max suit, a large, mechanical vehicle, resembling a suit, in which the characters can sit in, and control. The suit is green, with gray legs, blue feet, and a large, round, clear dome on top, for Barnacles to see through. Barnacles is a white polar bear, with blue inner ears, a blue muzzle, and a blue cap. Only his head is in the helmet of the suit. The upper arms of the suit are gray, and its forearms are green. Its right arm has a green, mechanical claw, while the left arm has a green jackhammer attached.
Functions
The direction in which it moves, can be controlled via hand gestures or its remote. It can move backwards, forwards, left or right. It can slide on both feet, using wheels, or it can move its legs when walking. Barnacles can also turn his head left or right, and his helmet can glow green, blue, or red.
You can also program the movements, by pressing the programming button, pressing the buttons corresponding to the movements you want the robot to make, and then pressing the programming button again. Using the recording button on the remote, you can get the toy to record and then repeat what you say.
It can teach about English, science, and math, and it can dance while playing music. It can also give a "creature report" (not sure if it gives more than one or only one), which is a song about a marine creature.
Also, the toy is apparently, sound-activated, and will respond if you suddenly clap your hands.
Its arms can be manually adjusted.
