This is an animated, talking toy from The Bridge Direct. The year of release isn't confirmed, but since a prototype of it was shown at a 2012 toy fair (apparently this one was in New York??) and the toy was shown at the 2013 toy fair in London (don't know if it was the prototype that was shown in box or not), it could have been released in either 2012 or 2013.

The toy requires three AAA batteries.

As he sings or speaks, he moves his eyes to his left and opens and closes his mouth.
