There was a website belonging to a company called Ningbo Brother Toys which had a listing with an image of a plush yellow bear with a red tie, holding a flag with the olympics logo in its right paw and a soccer ball in its left paw.
I don't know what the official packaging refers to the toy as, but the website calls it "BEAR PLAYING FOOTBALL". There was an official demo of the toy, but it was not archived on the Wayback Machine.
I don't even know if this was released or not.
There is a version of the toy that looks similar, but it has "Haribo" in red letters on its stomach. It looks cross-eyed and its mouth isn't as close to its bowtie, unlike the yellow bear on the NB Toys website. The description for the NB Toys version matches what these plush toys do, and they hold a French flag. They move their right arms up and down, turn to the left, and nod their heads, as "Cup of Life" by Ricky Martin plays.

The image was viewable before this page was published. Not sure why it won't display.
There's a photo of one holding a Barcelona Sporting Club flag, but this looks to have been customly added to the toy.
The company also had a lion version listed on their website.
Here's the link for a second lion version. The one in the second image looks like it was meant to be a reference to Goleo. The website description for the second one says, "The FIFA world cup is coming, our company promot a new item, football Lion.It will sing a passional music, bring omnipotence to player and fans."
