Dancing!! Homo Gimmick
Dancing!! Homo Gimmick (踊る!! ホモォギミック) is an animated plush toy, given out as an amusement prize by TAITO. The company which created the toy is apparently Toys Factory.
Appearance
It's based on this kaomoji called "Homo" (the above image is from the source, too):

The plush is white with a round body, a happy open-mouth expression, and four legs. One version of it has an 'o' for its mouth while the other has a 'q' for its mouth.
Functions
The plush trembles and bounces while moving across a surface; the way it moves about at times can make it seem as if it is intentionally moving about on its floppy legs.
