Ask Me Anything Felicity is a talking figure by Funrise, based on Felicity from the show, Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty. It requires three AAA batteries. Note: It comes with a "Try-Me" mode and contains batteries while new in box.
She apparently has more than 20 phrases. You are supposed to ask her a question, push down her left arm, and her horn will glow, she will change eye expressions, and she will say a phrase, in response to your question. Her eyes can be closed, open, staring upwards to the left, or they can look smug. Additionally, her glowing horn can change colors.
While a photo on the box shows her with swirls in her eyes, the released toy does not seem to have those eyes? There are videos of one shown at the 2019 Toy Fair, which has these eyes.
Unlike the released version, the heart charm on her collar is blue, and her eyes only have a single shade of blue, instead of having a gradient which fades to a lighter shade of blue. The released version has a much lighter, blue curve in its eyes, unlike this version. Its horn is also pointy, unlike the released one's horn.
