Sit'N Flip Scooby-Doo

Sit'N Flip Scooby-Doo was an unreleased interactive toy from Equity Marketing. Another company called Funanuf was involved with creating it. It isn't confirmed to be a robotic toy, but it could be one. There seems to be hardly any info online about it. Here's a transcript from the above image:
