Tamanori Pooh-san
Tamanori Pooh-san (たまのりプーさん) is a toy by Tomy.
It features a figure of Pooh wearing a beanie and holding a cane that both have purple and white stripes. The figure balances on one foot, on top of a blue ball which has yellow stars painted on.
When you roll the ball, the figure of Pooh tries to retain his balance, as a melody plays. It requires three button cell batteries (don't know which type).
