"Bionic Robot Crab"

I don't know if this has an official name. A news article just calls it a "Bionic Robot Crab" (仿生机器人螃蟹). This robot was developed by Harbin University in China.

A report that was apparently from the 7th of July, 2007 (published 5 days later) mentions the robot had completed almost 100 trials. The robot is almost 60 cm in length, 35 cm in width, weighs 12 kg, and can move at 540 meters an hour. With a built-in satellite positioning system, it can be used for search and rescue operations, exploration, recording videos, and other purposes. Apparently it could submerge itself to a depth of 4 meters.

In addition to having what looks like a camera on the front, a photo shows that it has a screen on its back.
