Palm Pecoron

I could only get little info on Palm Pecoron. Palm Pecoron (てのひらペコロン) can talk and move its wings up and down. I THINK it can speak
to a normal-sized Pecoron. Not sure. Palm Pecoron is not easy to find. There currently is no video footage of Palm Pecoron online known to exist.
It looks like its beak can move when speaking.

The toy retailed for ￥1,580, and requires 3 LR44 batteries. All images below came from a Yahoo Auction listing.
