Hatchimals Alive Mystery Hatch

The Mystery Hatch (also officially referred to as "Secret Hatch") toyline from the Hatchimals franchise was launched in 2024 by Spinmaster, and it was distributed in Japan by Takara Tomy. Each toy requires four AA batteries and comes in the following variations:

• Tigrette
• Pufficorn
• Draggle
• Puppadee
• Pandoo

The color of the creature you hatch is a surprise.

Functions

First, press the wings onto the egg, and then interact with the egg by rocking, tapping, rubbing, or lifting the egg. The hatchimal will react with different noises, while inside the egg. The more you interact with it, the closer it gets to hatching. Once the egg lights up with multiple colors, simultaneously, it will start hatching from its egg, as the egg dispenses mist.

To interact with your Hatchimal, you can tickle its tummy, rub its head, rock it, and feed it by pressing its mouth. You can get it to kiss you by quickly pressing its mouth, but you need to press its mouth for a little longer to feed it. Overfeeding your Hatchimal can make it sick; the heart on its tummy will turn green and it will make noises in response to being overfed.

To get it to repeat what you say, touch the glowing heart on its tummy, and as the the heart glows blue, say something to your Hatchimal. Take your finger off the heart, and it will repeat back what you said. To make it dance, you can tilt it left and right, and then place it on a surface and watch it dance while singing. You can also raise and lower your hatchimal in the air to watch its wings flap, as if it's flying.

You can play with it, after you place it in its nest (the base of the egg). You can cover and uncover its eyes to get it to play peek-a-boo with you, press the heart on its tummy and it will sing, or rock your Hatchimal and it will dance while attached to the nest.

These toys can bop their heads up and down and flap their wings.
