Glitter Me Kitten

Glitter Me Kitten (U.S. name), aka Glitter Me Kitty (U.K. name), is an interactive, plush cat from Vtech. It requires three AA batteries.

Appearance

She’s a light blue cat with white paws, a white face, and a white tummy area. She has some faint, purple patches on places with blue fur, such as her tail, body, legs, and ears. Her blue fur also has darker, blue stripes.

The inside of her ears is pink and shiny, and she has three lines, outlined in blue, on top of her head. She also has a pink, heart-shaped nose, two, star-shaped reflections of light in each eye, a pink paw pad under her left leg, and a light pink tongue, poking from her mouth. Her metacarpal paw pad (the largest pad) is heart-shaped. Its eyelashes/eyelids around her eyes are red. She also has a red, heart-shaped charm, which hangs from her neck.

Functions

The stripes on top of her head change color, according to how she feels. She can be fed or pet on her head or back. To feed her, press her mouth button thrice or press and hold the mouth button to feed her. You can do this with the purple milk bottle or your finger.

She meows and purrs, but you can translate what she says by pressing her tummy. When you press her head for two seconds, or if she is happy, she affectionately raises her left paw, and places a glittery stamp on your hand. You can quickly press her back twice, to hear her sing.

It automatically turns off, when left alone after several minutes. Also, it comes with three inkpads: a blue one, a red one, and a purple one.

Prototypes

Prototype #1

While official listing photos of it outside the box show it with very glittery eyelids/eyelashes, and a very glittery heart-shaped charm, they actually don't have much glitter in them. Also, the shade of pink for its tongue matches the shade of pink used for its nose. These could be photos of a prototype.

Prototype #2 (?)

Potentially, a heavily edited image of a prototype with some features drawn-on, or atleast, art with some bits from a photo of a prototype which has not been publicly documented? This cat has darker pink ears, a few glittery hearts on its face, a large paw pad (without its metacarpal pad being heart-shaped), and pink, glittery eyelashes/eyelids. Its paw pads look as if they were cut out from an image of a prototype and edited onto it, and they look too large.

It has a blue collar with a red, heart-shaped gem, drawn on. The final product does not have a collar. It appears to come with a pink ink pad and a dark blue ink pad, with designs on their covers which look different from the actual designs that ended up being used on the ink pads for the released version of the toy. Its bottle looks more pink and has a different design.

There's a chance that some parts of the physical prototype in the art may have been recolored.
