Bounce & Laugh Frog

Bounce & Laugh Frog or Hoppin' Boppin' Froggy (U.K. name) is an interactive toy released by VTech in 2023. It requires four AA batteries.

Appearance

The toy resembles a green frog with darker green spots on its legs and on top of its head. It has black eyes, a white mouth and tummy area, and has a translucent, yellow, flower-shaped button on its tummy with numbers printed on. It has a smaller version of the VTech logo near this button on the right side of its tummy.

The toy can speak, play sound effects or melodies, or sing when you press the button on its tummy, and it bounces around. The button on its tummy also lights up.

The toy has two modes which can be found where the off switch is located. It has a "Bounce Mode" (indicated by music note icons) where it will encourage you to play the "Bounce and Freeze" game and a "Learning Mode" (indicated by a book icon) where it teaches about animals.

The toy switches itself of after about 35 seconds of inactivity, but you can switch it on again by pressing its tummy or using the on/off switch.
