IQ Builders Ha Ha
IQ Builders Ha Ha is an interactive toy laptop from VTech. It apparently requires three C batteries.
Appearance
He resembles an alien with three, blue eyes that jut-out from the top of his head, a pair of orange, circular ears, and a pair of blue arms, with four fingers on each hand. Its mouth is open, with the inside of it being blue, and its body is a circular, orange keyboard. It also has six, green legs.
His mouth has a little screen, where you can see pixelated animations and messages, when playing with the him.
Functions
According to an official description of the toy, it can rock about as you play with it, but its legs help keep the keyboard steady for you to use. His left hand can be pulled or his middle eye can be pushed, to make him talk, play music, and move.
Games that can be played with Ha Ha include:

- Counting Fun
- Music Maker
- Action Station
- Hide and Seek
There's also a "Feed Me" option listed with these games, but I don't know if it is a mini game or if you can just feed him directly when you choose this mode.
Trivia
- Vtech received a Certificate of Merit in Consumer Product Design for the toy at 2002 Federation of Hong Kong Industries.
- What appears to be a prototype version, without the toy's name above its screen, exists. The prototype also seems to have a lighter shade of blue for its arms.
