In short: No. "DJ Furby" was trademarked by Hasbro. We just don't have evidence of the art above being official, despite how it looks so much like the official Furby art style. Even if the art is real, we don't know for sure if this is what the final product would look like.
Hasbro applied for a trademark on the 6th of March, 2024 with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office). On the 8th of March, it was filed with the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), and on the 7th of March it was filed with CIPO (Canadian Intellectual Property Office). The trademark information is legit, and you can see the listings here.
Here's also a USPTO listing. It's unconfirmed for now, whether or not DJ Furby will be an animatronic toy. The USPTO page states, "Mark For: DJ FURBY™ trademark registration is intended to cover the category of animatronic plush toys", which sounds convincing. But, this trademark and the Furblets trademark have the type code for animatronic toys: GS0281. Furblets aren't animated toys.
The image above seemingly implies the toy's RRP would be $69.99, and shows that DJ Furby has a long body, with two back feet, two front feet, and a fluffy tail, and it shows the toy stretched out, as well as coiled up, sitting ontop of its long, spiralled body. The image also seemingly implies this Furby can respond when you touch its tummy, and that different sections of its tummy have glowing lights that change color.
The caption above the illustration is partially cut-off, but says "click next. And remember, be sure your (not sure if this part is cut off?) sound is turned on."
The image was a TikTok user's profile picture. The account's tag is @iqxaoo, but the username is "unknown".
Not a Furby in sight, but I'm speculating that the glowing decorations, disco balls, and shiny backpack seemingly hint that this is somehow Furby-related??
