This part of my website contains some documentation pertaining to the fifth Furby gen! I thought it’d be nice to have a place where all the info is categorized and more easily accessible than the blog. As there is A LOT to write about, and some pages may need to be updated or have minor errors that need to be fixed, please be patient.
The announcement date does not always correlate to the day on which something happens. I don't always publish news as soon as it's out, but I try to share it when I can (unless I'm working on other parts of the site).
5/12/2024:
Wave 4 Furblets are available now on Amazon US.
ALL LISTING LINKS BELOW ARE ARCHIVED FOR REFERENCE. PLEASE LOOK UP THE LISTINGS YOURSELF IF YOU'RE INTERESTED.
An awesome discovery was made by @ssm0770, yesterday. Listings for unreleased Furby products are on ozziecollectables.com, and you can preorder them if you live in Australia. No estimated delivery dates are mentioned, and there are no photos on the site revealing what the unreleased products look like.
Here’s a list of the unreleased things (including things that were previously found on another distributor site; the prices below are in AUD but archive.org has them listed in USD):
Also, I didn't mention this at all on here, but the Spring Furblet alone is available for purchase online if you live in Germany, from a few websites such as cede.ch, exlibris.ch, fairplace-vorarlberg.at (this is the website an official photo of Swee-Dee was first found on afaik), and 1advd.ch.
3/12/2024: I was notified the Spring 2 Pack on Amazon US (not the Italian listing) was taken down. I don't think I archived the listing while it was up. 💔 The demo video is still available here (can't properly archive the page).
2/12/2024: More things have happened since the last update (this isn't a complete summary, though).
Furby showed up at Bolofest, yesterday. You can see the Furby parade float here. It looks so cool. Someone on the float actually wore the Furby costume with blinking eyes and glowing ears.
Hip-Bop's brief intro video was uploaded by Moonbug to YouTube. Also, from a LinkedIn post by a director at Moonbug Entertainment (Sam Stutzman):
In partnership with our friends at Hasbro, ecstatic to share the launch of Furby and Friends Step into the Spotlight!
With US YouTube #Shorts users expected to grow to nearly 165MM by the end of 2024, we’re so excited to bring the magic of Furby to the platform.
Episodes will be launching throughout the year and into 2025.. tune in below to check out what Furby & the Furblets are up to.. ✨(the post linked to the YT short called “Ray-Vee’s Crazy Colors”)
One of the Furby plushies I posted about not long ago were found to have a tag that says "Durabo", despite the Dinotoys website listing "Dinotoys" as the brand.
I found a photo from a German distributor site (ich-will-zu-nagel.de) which shows all the wave 5 Furblets, the store display box, Chee-Chee's box, Bam-Boo's box, and Flo-Flo's box. I didn't end up mentioning this, but Kaiby shared different photos of Chee-Chee, Bam-Boo, Moo-Boo, and Ty-Bee before I found these listing photos. The name of the flamingo Furblet is Flo-Flo, and ghaztlious_moths mentioned the name of the zebra Furblet is Zee-Bah, crediting the Import Genius website for revealing it.
I came across two Furby costumes I hadn't seen before, including a very round one worn at a Toys R Us in Dubai and a strange, dark blue one (meant to resemble the Purple Furby) worn at Winchannel, S.L.. It'd be nice if more footage of both costumes show up.
By the way, El Corte Inglés, a Spanish retailer, was planned to have a Furblet-related (or was it Furby?) event this year, according to an article. I haven't seen any documentation of the Furblet celebration. Was it cancelled? I'll need to search for the source again.
21/11/2024: Furbynerd7 shared a short, animated clip of Ray-Vee being introduced. The animation was by Moonbug, a studio that produces animations for kids, and you can find it on YouTube. They made another clip where Ray-Vee briefly performs on a stage for three Furbys. The channel has some Rainbocorn videos that are roughly 30 minutes long, and some short Rainbocorn videos; this doesn't guarantee we'll be getting special Furby content or videos as lengthy as 30 minutes, but it'd be awesome. The models and animation look really good.
A sticker sheet surfaced on eBay UK, but I don't know anything about it, such as where it was given to people and if the sticker sheet was given away this year or last year.
A new type of Dinotoys Furby plush surfaced, with an embroidered face and shorter fur.
@ssm0770_ spotted a US Amazon listing for the Cotton Candy Furby, and found the name of the leaked Cow Furblet, which is Moo-Boo (I didn't mention the next leaked wave of Furblets here). Other names include Flo-Flo, Chee-Chee (possibly the cheetah-patterned Furblet), and Bam-Boo (the panda Furblets). There's also something else called "FUR FURBLET TY BEE", but we don't know what that is.
u/_Ghaztly on Reddit posted a link to the Spring Furblet 2 pack on Amazon Italy, and it's available here (also ships to Spain).
There's more that I haven't mentioned, but I'll add more info in another announcement. Everything mentioned here did not happen on the same day.

DISCLAIMER: We are NOT affiliated with Hasbro or any other companies which promote the Furby brand. This is a fan-made passion project dedicated to the preservation and documentation of info, to help others learn about the history of this Furby generation and about the toy itself. It is very much a work in progress, however lol...
