Gramercy Products Dog Toy
Update: There are photos of one with printed-on eyes, rather than embroidered eyes. I'm not sure why this is.
Doesn't look like it's meant to resemble any Furby color scheme in particular. Has patches of yellow, green, pink, orange, purple, and dark blue in its long fur. It has a blue face, yellow beak, blue ears, blue feet, a white heart gem, and the colors blue, pink, and yellow in its eyes. It has a blue tuft on top of its head, but it doesn't have a little icon in either of its eyes.
The copyright statement on the cardboard for the plush mentions "2024". The plush crinkles and has a squeaker.

A photo of an odd version was found here. It appears to have shorter fur(?), and the blue outline for each ear looks larger.
